Yes I just received an email from the UK NCP answering to my questions...
I am out with a 91.1 score :-(
the threshold for IEF-CHE this year is 91.8

IOF-SOC received invitation to negotiate today (i.e. yesterday). That went fast. Less than 24hrs after the ESR! And they are expecting to conclude the negotiation in January. I'm surprised how fast things are suddenly moving. My Score is 95.2.
