How can we use the training expenses? Empty How can we use the training expenses?

Hi everybody,

I have one question regarding the training expenses: in my institute, they told me that everything I will buy (for example computer, scientific books, etc..) have to be given back to them at the end of the fellowship Shocked . They say that everything which is bought with this money basically belongs to the institute, and not to the fellow. Is it the same for you guys?
